Our home is used as a short-term rental whenever we're not in Florida, so having someone regularly check on it is incredibly important. We signed up for Dave's Snowbird Concierge Service for monthly, detailed property inspections, and it has already proven to be worth every penny.

During the very first inspection on July 1, Dave immediately contacted us to let us know the HVAC system had failed and the house was hot and uncomfortable. We were able to get our HVAC company out that same day, where they discovered our three-year-old system had unexpectedly shorted out and completely failed. A new system was installed the very next day.

Most importantly, our guests arriving on July 4 were able to enjoy a cool, comfortable home, and we didn't lose the rental. Had Dave not discovered the problem when he did, we likely wouldn't have known about it until our guests arrived, resulting in a very unhappy experience and a costly loss of income.

If you own a seasonal home or rental property, I highly recommend Dave's Snowbird Concierge Service. The peace of mind alone is worth it, and in our case, the service more than paid for itself on the very first inspection.
